Committed to sharing Cambodia’s culinary heritage, Chef Sothea will offer morning cooking classes in the Lum Orng kitchen, including a tour of the restaurant gardens to learn about Cambodian produce and pick ingredients for your class, and hands-on lessons in making four dishes from the Lum Orng menu.
Sothea and his chefs have been offering Cambodian cooking classes at his restaurant Mahob Khmer and cooking school on a small organic farm at nearby Isann Lodge, his self-catering accommodation. Sothea’s team will continue to teach guests modern Cambodian dishes there, while Sothea and the Lum Orng chefs will offer classes on New Mekong Cuisine dishes at the farm-to-table restaurant.
