Dine at Chef Sothea Seng’s exclusive new Chef’s Table and you’ll get to savour the Chef’s Tasting Menu cooked by the chef right in front of you – and be among the first diners to try new dishes that the chef is developing before they go on the menu in the Lum Orng restaurant downstairs.

Inspired by Japanese omakase dining, each meal is unique. In addition to the Tasting Menu, Chef Sothea will prepare delectable morsels for you to sample of dishes that he’s testing or Lum Orng classics he’s tweaking.

Expect an interactive gastronomic experience. The chef will introduce you to Cambodian food, his inspirations, evolution of his dishes, and his latest experiments in elevating traditional regional fare to create his brand of New Mekong Cuisine. You’re welcome to share feedback and ask questions.

The Chef’s Table is located on a private floor with spacious lounge above the main Lum Orng dining room overlooking lush gardens. Whether dining alone or part of an intimate group, you can begin with bubbly or cocktails on the breezy balcony or atmospheric interior, or end with a nightcap in the moonlit garden.
